She was able to help us customize a building plan that met our needs and budget.She also advised us how we could minimize our initial property taxes, helping us save more money during the first year. bike lanes/trails which was an important criteria for our search. She also

When the buyers requested a radon test and it came back higher than allowed for, she quickly connected us with a company that specializes in radon mitigation and we were able to install a system very quickly. I can't say enough about Dada McGlynn. When we were trying to sell our previous home by owner (which we've done before), she brought potential buyers and never made us feel inadequate. She showed our home with enthusiasm and nearly had it sold before an injury to one of our children led us to postpone the sale. She put us in touch with a great mortgage person that was top-notch in handling all details once we were ready to move. The respect and professionalism Dada showed made her the clear person to call. She knows her stuff and is so personable. We purposely didn't rely on our realtor friends as we have several and didn't want to offend anyone. I came across Dada when I was in the market to buy my first house a couple of years ago. She only showed me houses that were within my budget, she successfully helped negotiate the price down, and she is so knowledgeable. I trusted her completely and didn't second guess any advice or suggestions she would give me. She made the home buying process so smooth; as a first time homebuyer there were a lot of things I was unaware of but Dada was there for me every step of the way. A special bonus is that her husband is a lender. This made the home buying process even smoother. She knew exactly what my buying limit was, and we were able to communicate with the lender with various items quickly because of this connection. I was able to secure a very competitive rate through her husband! Dada truly cares about her clients. A few months after I bought my house, she sent a tin of cookies during Christmas time along with a card. It's attention to detail like this that you don't see often anymore, and it truly means a lot. Dada was so great that I contacted her again when I sold my house a few months ago. Being a single homeowner, I had a smaller house. But with how Dada treated me you would have thought my house was worth 10 times as much as it was. I have no doubt she would treat her clients with the same attention to detail and services offered whether their house is selling for 100k or 1 million. I was just as pleased with the selling end of things as I was with buying through Dada. I will absolutely continue to use her services as long as she is in real estate!One last point, my parents had listed their house and were having trouble selling it. The house sat on the market for 7 months when I encouraged them to reach out to Dada for assistance. Within a month of Dada taking over, my parents had multiple offers and they were able to sell their house. Dada is the best out there!

As buyers from another state, we were unfamiliar with the Gainesville housing market. We found a house through the seller's agent and Dada was recommended to us. She immediately reached out to us as did her assistant, Jon. We had agreed to a 30-day close and were in constant contact with both Dada and Jon during that month-long escrow period. Our purchase was part of a Reverse 1031 Exchange which involved much more than a traditional purchase. Dada put us in touch with an experienced Escrow Agent who handled the Close with ease. In addition, she made herself available to help us with the inspections of the home including meeting with the pest control people, managing contractors who were performing repairs and putting us in touch with an insurance agent. It became obvious very quickly that these various service people respect Dada and her team and we benefitted greatly from those relationships. I cannot believe how fortunate we were to find Dada McGlynn and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing an experienced and well-respected professional. Well done, Dada!
